The Process
I will contact you after you have submitted the form about specific details
When you come into my studio, I will draw your taamoko directly on to your skin - to reflect your ahua and to ensure the best fit for your tinana
When we have finished the draw-up, and you are happy with the design, I will begin with a karakia and we'll get straight into it!
Don't forget to bring snacks and keep your fluids up during the session
Before Submitting
DEPOSIT:
I require a $100 deposit to secure your spot - so please make sure you have this ready when we settle on a date
This deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel/reschedule within 3 days of your appointment, you will have to pay another deposit.
AGE:
I am open to applying taamoko on ages 13+
If you are between the ages of 13-17, I will require a parent or guardians permission and for them to accompany you at the beginning of your session.
HEALING:
The healing stages of your moko are your responsibility.
I do offer free touch-ups, however if I can see you have been neglecting aftercare I may require a small fee for touch-up.
DO:
Eat before you come
Make sure you are well rested
Come with your whakapapa
DON'T:
Arrive under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol
Arrive late without notifying me
